We are specialised in tourist accommodations and we manage several interesting apartments located in different areas of the historical centre of Venice and with different characteristics.
Our aim is twofold: offer tenants a pleasant, thought-free stay and take care of the properties that have been entrusted to us.
We are more than happy to welcome tourists from all over the World with an honest smile and a lot of suggestions about our beloved city.
We are available (almost!) 24hours a day for any question and to assist people during their stay.

I manage properties since 2010 both for sale and long/short term renting.

I have a master degree in Computer Science for Humanities and a PhD in Computational Linguistics (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) and I work as a property manager.
I’m in the real estate field since 2013. I’m experienced in profiling and advertising properties on the web and interested in hospitality.
